Chelsea Flower Show

I spent a very relaxing and inspiring afternoon at the Chelsea Flower Show last week. It is an huge annual event in London showcasing the best in garden design and planting. The set up takes weeks and a plain patch of land is transformed into the most amazing gardens and show tents full of perfect blooms waiting to be judged. A week later the whole show is dismantled and everything gone…
This year there seemed to be a very strong trend throughout for wild country gardens. Also in abundance were kitchen gardens and edible planting. I really loved one of the gardens which planted herbs in bands for a really graphic clean look.
